Senior Fashion Designer (Men’s Wear)

Dhaka Full time 5–8 years experience 2 positions

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer (Men’s Wear) to join our growing design team at Fabrilife. The right candidate must have strong industry knowledge, proven design expertise, and a passion for creating innovative, trendy, and commercially viable menswear collections.

What you'll do

  • Research and analyze global and local menswear fashion trends.
  • Design and develop seasonal and festive collections aligned with Fabrilife’s target market.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept sketches to production-ready samples.
  • Prepare technical design packs and supervise sample garment development.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility and market relevance.
  • Utilize fabrics, trims, and accessories effectively to create unique yet wearable designs.
  • Conduct fitting sessions and provide corrections for final approval.
  • Ensure designs represent Fabrilife’s brand identity and market position.

What we look for

  • Minimum Bachelor’s/Honors degree in Fashion Design and Technology from a reputed university.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Fashion Retail Brands
  • Retail Stores
  • Strong creativity with market-oriented fashion sense.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Team collaboration and reporting proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong technical knowledge of fabrics, cuts, and tailoring.
