What You CAN Do

• Share your referral links and discount coupons on your personal or business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Write honest product reviews, unboxing videos, styling tips, and fashion-related content featuring Fabrilife products
• Share referral links on your personal blog, website, or newsletter
• Recommend Fabrilife products to friends, family, and followers through word of mouth
• Use your referral coupon and links in content that is lawful, respectful, and appropriate for a general audience
• Create original content that positively or neutrally represents Fabrilife as a brand
• Mention that you are a FabriSquad affiliate when promoting products (transparency is encouraged)

Where You CAN Promote

• Your personal or business social media profiles and pages
• YouTube channels, TikTok accounts, and other video platforms with original content
• Personal blogs, websites, and email newsletters that you own or manage
• Private messages and group chats with genuine personal recommendations
• Fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce related forums or communities (following their rules)

What You CANNOT Do

• Use your affiliate code or referral link in any content that is defamatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, violent, or promotes cruelty in any form
• Associate Fabrilife's name, brand, logo, or products with any content that is discriminatory based on race, religion, gender, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected class
• Promote your affiliate link through spam, bulk messaging, unsolicited emails, or any form of harassment
• Place affiliate links or coupons in misleading, clickbait, or deceptive content
• Use Fabrilife branding in any political campaign, propaganda, or controversial advocacy material
• Bid on Fabrilife brand keywords (e.g., "Fabrilife", "FabriSquad") in paid search ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) without prior written permission
• Misrepresent yourself as an employee, official representative, or authorized agent of Fabrilife
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, toolbar injections, or any deceptive technical method to generate referral commissions
• Create fake reviews, fake orders, or use your own referral link/coupon for self-purchases to earn commissions
• Share or publish any confidential information shared with you by Fabrilife, including internal pricing, strategies, or communications
• Defame, disparage, slander, or make false/misleading claims about any other brand, company, competitor, or third-party entity while promoting Fabrilife products or using your affiliate code — Fabrilife does not endorse or tolerate negative marketing against others
• Use your affiliate link or coupon in any content that attacks, mocks, humiliates, or spreads false information about any individual, business, or organization, regardless of whether they are a competitor of Fabrilife
• Create comparison content that makes unverified, exaggerated, or misleading claims against competing brands or their products in order to promote Fabrilife — all comparisons must be factual, honest, and verifiable
• Use your affiliate presence to settle personal disputes, target individuals or businesses, or engage in any form of online bullying, trolling, or harassment directed at other brands or persons

Where You CANNOT Promote

• Any website, video, or page containing adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Platforms hosting or promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Piracy, torrent, or illegal download websites
• Gambling or betting platforms
• Fake news websites or pages that deliberately spread misinformation
• Any platform or channel that violates the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh

Brand Usage Guidelines

• You may mention "Fabrilife" and "FabriSquad" by name when honestly recommending products to your audience.
• You may not alter, modify, or create derivatives of the Fabrilife logo, trademarks, or any other brand assets.
• You may not use Fabrilife's brand name, logo, or identity in any manner that suggests official endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless you have explicit written agreement from Fabrilife.
• You may not register any domain name, social media handle, or page name that contains "Fabrilife", "FabriSquad", or any confusingly similar variation.
• All intellectual property rights related to Fabrilife's brand, logos, product images, website content, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Fabrilife.

Violation & Consequences

• Immediate termination of your FabriSquad affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions if you violate any of the above terms.
• Fabrilife reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or recover commissions earned through prohibited activities or content that violates this code of conduct.
• Fabrilife reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages, against any affiliate who damages Fabrilife's brand reputation, infringes on intellectual property, or violates these terms.
• Fabrilife may, at its sole discretion, terminate any affiliate account at any time without prior notice if it believes the affiliate has violated these policies or has acted in a manner detrimental to Fabrilife's brand or interests.
• Terminated affiliates are permanently prohibited from rejoining FabriSquad unless Fabrilife provides written reinstatement.
